It’s rumoured that this Stairway to Heaven at @hide_restaurant cost in excess of one million pounds to create, and seeing it in person we can see why. Its seductively smooth curves spiral you into a gentle trance as the light reveals different parts of the perfectly crafted wooden sculpture.
It seems fitting therefore that one of our favourite dishes was cut from the same cloth; a seductively soft octopus tentacle.
