#motivationmonday What I see when I look at this picture- I miss Stanley like crazy. So many people have said that it gets easier, but I have not had that experience yet. It’s gotten more difficult for me lately.?? Sigh... I’m also missing my baby bump these days.??Looks like I need to focus on TODAY while cherishing beautiful memories. So, my motivation for this Monday is to focus on the positive, celebrate the past and be OK with the emotions I am feeling instead of trying to push them away ?? ...AND, get my ass back into yoga class! ??‍♀️??‍♀️ •
