I’ve been feeling low on energy these past couple of days - baby is super cranky (and won’t let anyone that isn’t mom hold her), I have so much to do but feel like nothing is getting done, the house is a mess and I wake up every morning feeling like I’m already behind... Little things, yes. But I’m feeling unsettled. Wanna know my favorite way to hit the reset button? OCEAN THERAPY! Or, if you’re not near an ocean - nature. Of any kind. Just get outside. Turn your phone off. Put your bare feet on the earth. Look up at the sky. It’s simple, really. We are small pieces of a big puzzle and it’s easy get distracted. The ocean reminds me to go with the flow, to let things be. And to stay on course?? Where do you go to find peace? .
