We teamed up with @eatwithlinh to bring you this spicy twist on a classic summer favorite!
Ingredients:
▪6 tablespoons butter▪6 ears corn? ▪3-4 tablespoons of chili oil? @Lee Kum Kee USA(李錦記)▪Garlic salt and pepper to taste ▪cilantro (optional)? Instructions:
▪Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and spray it with some oil ▪Peel back the corn husks and remove the silk ▪Slightly melt the butter for about 10 sec and combine it with the chili oil ▪Slather the corn with the butter chili mixture ▪Add some garlic salt and pepper to taste ▪Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil and place them on the grill ▪Grill until the corn is tender (about 25-30 minutes). Remember to turn frequently! ▪Chop up some fresh cilantro and sprinkle it on top (optional) ?
