These hot and spicy cabbage rolls make for the perfect lunch or snack!
Recipe below:

What You Will Need
Ingredients
5½ oz. minced pork
3 oz. Chinese mushrooms, soaked and diced
4 water chestnuts, peeled and finely diced
13 oz. cabbage, large leaves
⅓ oz. carrot, peeled and sliced
¾ oz. lotus root, peeled and sliced
Marinade
2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
Seasoning
2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce
2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
2 tsp. water

How to make it:
Marinate pork, water chestnuts, and Chinese mushrooms 10 minutes. Boil cabbage until soft, then immerse in cold water and set aside.
Divide stuffing into 8 equal portions. Wrap and enclose each portion in a cabbage leaf, then plate. Arrange carrot and lotus root slices in between each cabbage roll.
Steam 15 minutes. Heat Seasoning Mix and stir well. Drizzle over cabbage rolls and serve.
