Special shoutout to one of the strongest members of our #SoulrockerFam. Holmes Desmelik who came with his family to our Asheville show as a @doitfortheloveorg recipient. He has been fighting the good fight against brain cancer for the past 4 years. Despite all the adversity he has remained strong, wise, and determined to share his kind heart with the world. I had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Holmes and he requested we sing "Hey, Hey, Hey" together. It's one of his favorites and a song he listens to in the hospital. This means a lot to me because the lyrics say "hey, hey, hey... no matter how life is today, there's just one thing that I've got to say... I won't let another moment slip away." I hope you all draw some inspiration from his courage and keep his motto in your heart - "LOVE HEALS"
