There is so much power in words spoken out loud. Holding words in forms a huge weight on your shoulders. Using kind words daily on others makes you feel free. But often we have a hard time balancing both. Even speaking more positivity about yourself is not easy.

Do you say “no” often enough? Do you feel like saying “no I can’t go” or “no I can’t lend you money, no I can’t do it” is a problem for you? I want you to understand it takes strength to say no but it will free you! It’s very powerful to speak the word no with energy, it becomes empowering and can build confidence. •

How many times do you compliment or use words of encouragement with strangers. When I get out of elevators I always say have a wonderful day/night. When I pass a stranger with eye contact in the morning I always say good morning. Those little things have so much impact on you and the person your saying it too. •

Words vibrate energy so I challenge you today to start speaking in a way that will manifest great things into your life and free you from unnecessary emotional weight. If you speak more positive then you’ll get that energy back. •

For example, if you would usually say something such as ‘I am unhealthy and overweight’ then why not turn this into a more positive, constructive statement such as ‘I am in the process of becoming healthier and every day I get closer and closer to my ideal self. •
