For ‘me’ my favorite part of the yoga practice has become the transition between postures, not quite a shape or a fixed form, yet the space between finishing and beginning a new, something that, fresh to my practice, didn’t captured my attention. I didn’t realise that the space and time spent on my mat was all encompassing, all sacred. Every breath, every single move, my intention, the thoughts that arise, the peek of a posture, a fall, the fear or frustration that comes up when challenged, knowing when to push, use strength or when to soften. The environment, others in the room or who/what ever I’m surrounded by. ALL these play a part, all as important as the other And I now see, the way to Truly knowing every aspect of who and what I am. The witnessing presence weaves it all together as One, bringing individual consciousness with Universal consciousness, Revealing the practice to be the ‘all inclusive Divine process’ that it is. I see a direct reflection of this in my life, as the Practice continues to expand beyond the mat. I’m realising this ‘space in between’ isn’t just about getting to that ‘perfect pose’, that ‘perfect moment’ in different areas of my life, work, relationship, body/life goals etc.. yet a forever unfolding process, never truly ending or beginning, fixed or a perfect form. Every moment being as important as the next, this breath, that step and all the space between. When I know life as this constant evolving process, I can find ease and grace in what feels like transition or big change. I can stop chasing perfection or better yet not be paralysed in my creativity or Self expression, fearful to be seen as imperfect, not knowing or unidentified. How beautiful to be fully seen, moving and creating in ‘imperfect’ ‘transition’ or this ‘space between’ and knowing the Truth of wholeness, untouched, Perfection, Oneness, felt yet often unseen. . Thank you for inspiring this post @kasiaz_ I love wearing my @mefullstop top. A reflection of ‘me’ in this moment. #BlissfullyInTransition #thespacebetween #yoga #homepractice #feltyetunseen knowing in Truth it Doesn’t Stop At ‘Me’ ????
