Heavy clean and jerk complex today. Not my favorite movement BUT anytime I get to throw weights around I’m happy 🤓 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean (below the knee) + 1 Jerk. This is 115lbs. Being feminine while being physically strong is something that I love working towards 👗 I’ve been doing weightlifting/crossfit 4-5 x per week for about 7 months now. Super excited to look back after a year and see how far I’ve come 😝 still soo much work to do though technique wise...
