IF ONLY SURFERS KNEW HOW MANY TIMES THEY WERE NOT ALONE OUT THERE IN THE LINE UP.... This is not photoshop and I used to be petrified when I would sudf in Nor Cal that whitey was gonna come snatch me and have learned that is just my mind and fear doing its thing. Sharks share the waves and water with us so often and we have no clue cause they do such a great job of avoiding us. We are NOT on their menu. Once in a blue moon they make the mistake and we all freak out but that happening is like, well let's just say you have a better chance in winning the super lotto twice this month then getting attacked by a shark. Again winning NOT once but twice. There is a seal colony in Malibu where I will be surfing all weekend. Some friends of mine have seen whitey while spear fishing right off the beaches out there, and no one has any idea. If people only knew who they were sharing the water with daily and yet year after year no one gets attacked is quite extraordinary when you think about it. Counting the days til our next expedition which is shaping up to be the best white shark expedition of our lives. Enjoy the beaches you all!! We're never alone!!!!!
