PTSD, ANXIETY, STRESS and all the ways FEAR manifests itself in my mind has always been a focus of mine. With so many recent events, mental illnesses are part of the conversation and the “DIS-ease” that people experience. Close to a decade ago I started collaborating with @mornehardenberg and over the years started to overcome and see relief in areas of my life that used to paralyze me with #FEAR. Two years ago the stars aligned and I got a call from Andrew Hubberman at @hubermanlab in the Neurology department at @Stanford When you combine Science, Cage Free Great White Sharks, Mauricio Hoyos, Casey Sapp’s Virtul, ground breaking Virtual Reality, and some Navy Seals, you have the ingredients for the most exciting projects I have ever been a part of. With our unified goal of searching for the potential to help people that suffering from these conditions. We are so honored to be working alongside the amazing Mexican scientist, this upcoming expedition which will be 3rd year in a row is shaping up to be a juggernaut.
