Cellulite, stretch marks and loose skin? Anyone struggle with any of these? Give me a ??‍♀️ or a ??‍♀️ in the comments please! _ I tell people all the time I have 4 kids so yes I have stretch marks, loose skin, cellulite and yes my ass jiggles more than I would like. I just don’t showcase it on social media but I have been vocal about having it. I posted this video so you can see when I’m not posed or aware of angles and lighting I look just as normal as anyone. Clearly you can see I have some cellulite on my butt and legs but honestly I don’t stress it too much. I work out, do cardio and eat as clean as possible and just try to reduce it. I have small stretch marks on my thighs in the back. I have loose skin naturally from having 4 babies but it’s not severe. I don’t train hard in the summer so my body is not as tone as normal but when I’m in the gym constantly I’m much tighter. _ A few things I suggest if your looking to improve the appearance of any of these. Drink water, a lot of water, stay away from soda and alcoholic drinks. For stretch marks stay moisturized and use lotion on your skin before bed. Remember they may fad but I don’t believe anything can “erase” them. Stretch marks in my opinion are genetic and ladies men don’t find them unattractive that’s just what we think. For loose skin, I suggest toning those areas with workout and diet. All three of these issues greatly improve with proper diet and exercise. 80% nutrition and 20% exercise is what it is. You can’t out run a bad diet. I know when I’m not 100% on my meal plan I’m not going to kill myself in the gym. First step to success is to get your meal plan on point and stay consistent with it. Stick to it 7 days a week not just on weekdays. ??‍♀️ _ At the end of the day the key thing to remember is it’s okay to be human. Real women juggle and have some cellulite! It’s fine ? Your human your not a walking photo lol. Focus on healthy not perfection when it comes to your body.
