One piece of advice I always offer people is to get a Mentor. If you had said that to me 5 years ago I would have laughed and said “That’s ridiculous” but at that time I wasn’t working for myself. I was working as a sponsored athlete and I was making what someone else thought I was worth. ? Now I work for myself and I have to push myself for my team and for myself. I make what I know I’m worth. But I couldn’t push myself without a mentor by my side. As children our parents or the people who raised us were our mentors. They taught us how to be better and they encouraged us. As adults we get to this point where we feel we learned everything. Ohh how untrue that is, you never stop learning. You are an amazing talented person capable of so much. Some of us like me just need someone else to see it in us first. 5 years ago I didn’t know I would be capable of changing and impacting so many lives. Not only am I changing lives physically and financially but I’m living a life I never thought I could possibly have. I’m traveling internationally, I’m speaking on stages, I’m doing big photo shoots and I’m inspiring others to be healthy. I couldn’t have done any of this without my Mentor @mrjwebber though. If you asked me what the key to success is I would say get a mentor, someone you would happily change places with. Listen more and stop talking so much. Open your mind to that higher level of thinking. Have a clear vision for yourself. It’s okay to dream and dream BIG!! Your capable of so much, it’s inside you just let it out! I have no special capabilities I’m just girl from a small town called Corpus Christi, TX, I have a 9th grade education, I’m a mom of 4 I had my first at 15. I grew up very poor and lost my parents early on to drug abuse. Listen if I can do it so can you!! Dream bigger, want more for yourself!! You can do it ❤️
