??‘Soft water’ (water that contains fewer minerals) is recommended for brewing matcha as certain minerals found in hard water can spoil the delicate flavour elements of the tea. ?Mountain spring water direct from the source is usually the best type of water for brewing matcha. If you do not have access to fresh mountain spring water, the next best alternative is filtered tap water. ?

Our favorite Matcha cold-brew recipe?
1.? Add matcha powder to icy cold water (ice cubes removed) in a shaker
2.Shake vigorously until matcha is completely suspended in water.
3.Enjoy immediately??
