Cold-brew #Matcha is denser and has a brisker or thicker mouthfeel compared to hot-brew Matcha, which gives a smoother and more comforting texture. ?? Taste-wise, given that different temperatures of water can extract different combinations of flavor compounds in Matcha, the two methods of brewing will produce different tasting Matchas!! ?

While the hot-brewing method generally results in a richer tasting, full-bodied Matcha, icy cold water allows for a sweeter, more refreshing taste of the tea ?

⚡️ @teainfusiast has made this cold-brew refreshing matcha fizz, and we can't get enough! To create this, whisk cold water into Matcha powder to create a paste, pour it over ice, and then fill the rest of the glass with cold seltzer! Amazing! ☀️
