When Luis and Lisa Toro took over The Liquor Store, a longtime staple in their Memphis, TN neighborhood, they kept the same moniker for their diner/bar. They added in some LA-meets-Miami-with-Memphis-funk style, and the space was revitalized. They also reflected Luis’ Venezuelan heritage in the design, all of which combine for a look that can be described in these two words: fresh and FUN.
