The first group exercise class I ever attended was Step Aerobics and it was AMAZING.I learned how to teach Step from legends, like @thepatrickgoudeau , @kendellhogan @calvinography . I’ve taken what I’ve learned from them, plus 20 years as a fitness motivator and wanted to revisit my roots.
