Feeling overwhelmed. Joyful. Over prepared and under prepared at the same time. Excited. Nervous. Calm. Stressed. Grateful. Ready.
Tomorrow we begin 23 days of Yoga Teacher Training. It’s a big endeavor; demanding and magical at the same time. I’m feeling so much. Instead of analyzing it I’m in the practice of just... Listening. Watching what moves within me. Resisting the need to meticulously plan out every second of every day. My favorite parts of trainings and retreats always take place in the unknown, so that’s where I’ll be. In the not-knowing and all-trusting.
