Sixteen years ago after seeing the band Weezer perform in San Francisco, my friend and I went to Japantown and ate cheese flavored "mushipan" a steamed Japanese cake. I enjoyed the light and fluffy texture of the cake which I recreated this morning. Happy Monday!
