I had to share this. Long story short... the night Todd proposed to me he got so nervous he dropped to one knee and spurt out “will you marry me” without any preface. He’s always said he wished he had said why he wanted to marry me before he popped the question. And I’ve always wondered what he would have said. So halfway through dinner, a package was delivered to me by the hotel. Coming from a strange address and certainly a name I did not know. It contained a handwritten letter from a man claiming to have found Todd’s “lost” proposal notes mistakenly dropped outside the Plaza where he proposed. (Todd actually had made this letter up to be clever as to why he didn’t say anything at our first proposal...his creative mind as work per the usual) He (Todd) included in the package the notes of what he had wanted to say. Hopefully you can read Todd’s fake letter. I found it pretty entertaining! After I put down this letter, I was taken back to what would have been Dec 21st 2015 and Todd re-proposed to me with what he would have said. I am going to keep his re-proposal private but I can tell you it made me tear up. This last month has been so special...thank you @toddkap
