Stood outside this door all night... protecting my noumenon. You know I keep it just inside. Hell, wrote a whole damn book about it. Can’t go and leave it out to rot. And not by nature... oh no. Well, not the mother, at least. People. Yep. They gonna assail the castle of a body and mind if left unattended. Well, at least they’ll start with that. But here’s the truth. That’s just a plastic flap of a fake... that door. Ain’t nothin’ behind it. Certainly nothin’ everyone ain’t seen before. And maybe even loved... or maybe hated... or maybe ain’t gave a god damn. Now the phenomenon... well hell, they can swing away. Even at the breakfast table.
