UPDATE: I've called the vet this morning. Tiny is awake!!! He still has troubles breathing but is a tiny little bit better, which is better so i take it! I'm sure he can feel all the love we're all sending! Still, fingers, toes, paws crossed!!! Thanks everyone!

This morning he was worst than yesterday, he was 37,2° C, not able to get up, staying lying on his side and with very difficult breathing. He was still not eating nor drinking. I took him to the vet who told me that it was not very hopeful and that he will try to make him get better while at the clinic.
I have no idea how many times he will stay there. I don't even know if he will come back... I'm just a crying mess right now, feeling sad and angry to know him alone and frightened in a cage with me not able to help him!
Please send him love, good vibes, prayers, all you have if you can. He must live!!!
