After my thumb injury in spring, that's the exercise I did to improve my joint stability which allowed me to climb hard again.
I started with the yellow (=the lightest) band of @handiihands and did 3times 10 repetitions (1min rest in between) 3 times a day. When the exercise starts to feel easy you can move on to the red band.
