What an incredible week! I absolutely loved working with and giving motivational speeches to these incredible young athletes attending the Total Performance Swim Camps at Kenyon College! We went over breaststroke;
- pulldowns
- sculling/catching
- body line/ head position
- kick/stroke count
- body connection
- turns/ race strategy
And MORE! There are incredible and knowledgeable staff and the campus is absolutely gorgeous! I wish I would have been able I do a camp like this when I was younger, these kids had such a great opportunity to get unique and important statistics for their swimming and critiquing from coaches through testing and drills. Big thanks to @saizpaiz for giving my name as an option for being a headliner at this great swim camp! .
