(READ WHOLE POST❤️) I had a great week of training with my teammates at @phoenixswimaz ? now I’m gearing up for a special swim clinic with some awesome young athletes! It’s incredible to see the talent and motivation young athletes hold across the country! It’s such a privilege to be able to know and work with so many of them! One of the coolest ways I’ve been able to really connect with young athletes is through @riseathletes .
RISE is an incredible and innovative mentorship program that connects Olympians to young athletes across the country and the WORLD! We mentor young athletes through the mental aspect of their sport and how to balance it with everyday life!
