So this is real life morning face and resting... IM HUNGRY FACEEE!? - - I rarely get done up while on prep cause I’m in the gym 3 x per day to say the least. This was taken before my fasted cardio yesterday morning weighing in at 112.2 pounds. Which means I am 1 pound up from when I started prep 10 weeks ago at 111 pounds. - I always hear from so many of my clients and women in general, focusing so much on the scale but remember that should not be your concern I am clearly tighter and more toned probably gaining about 3-5 pounds of muscle naturally. I rarely jump on the scale anymore I focus on how I’m looking and feeling. - - These last 10 weeks have been a huge challenge daily from weighing exact measurements & timed meals 6 x per day, 1-2 cardio sessions, giving up alcohol, giving up eating out all together and rarely any cheats. Besides that the mental battle daily is off the charts lol! But I wouldn’t have it any other way!? - I was born to be challenged and grow daily. I have a burning desire to never settle and always strive for more! Yes it’s often a lot of sacrifice but I am willing to sacrifice pleasure for the hard grind to reach my goals! I feel most people feel like goals are achieved through not putting in work or sacrificing. But the truth is to reach your goals and dreams you have to constantly be out of your comfort zone to achieve them cause that’s the only place you’ll ever find them! Embrace the grind and sacrifice because that means you are growing and growing is the key to LIFE!? - My first pro show in 3.5 years will be Portland Oregon 8/11!?Followed by 4 shows back to back!
