Left is when I was 93 pounds very unhealthy VS My lifestyle today 113 pounds on the right!?? - I wanted to address something I saw today addressed towards me?...because I workout 1-2 hrs in the gym per day 6x per week doesn’t make me have an eating disorder nor am I comparable to a drug addict. To me being healthy is my passion not an addiction - it’s a lifestyle. - - I have a very balanced diet with carbs, fats and proteins. My calories are around 1,750-2,000 calories daily eating 6 x per day which is a lot of food lol. I compete because I have a passion for fitness and health and remain a natural athlete because of that. I understand if people don’t like my lifestyle I don’t expect everyone to. That’s why I have the “unfollow” button if you so wish. - - Being a professional athlete as a bodybuilder is pretty extreme and requires discipline and hard work that most people are not willing to do and that’s fine. That’s what separates an athlete from the rest. In no way do I say “look at me” this is what you have to do to live a healthy lifestyle. - I love to share the discipline side of it and winning the mental battle daily that we all fight, whatever it may be. I do get messages daily on how I inspire many of you. Not that women want to compete or look like me. But my willingness to be the best me everyday and being proud of my accomplishments by striving for the physique that I inspire to have. - - Not everyone is the same. We all have different goals. But at the end of the day we are in this together. Whatever your goals are never listen to the nay sayers and people that only have negative things to say. Only you know what makes you truly happy and everyone has their own journey. I truly feel blessed and grateful for those of you who have supported me and followed my own journey.??❤️ - #HatersGonnaHate
