In The Duke of Cornwall’s 70th birthday year a special parade was then held in the main arena at the Royal Cornwall Show.
The event was organised by the Royal Cornwall Show & The Prince’s Countryside Fund as a celebration of the countryside and the charities HRH supports.
Displays included, the “Fabric of the Countryside”, “Flora and Fauna”, “Livestock and Leisure”, “Waterways”, “Food and Farming”, as well as “Landscapes and Communities”.
The Prince’s Countryside Fund was set up in 2010 to enhance the prospects of family farm businesses and rural life.
