I’m a lifelong fan of the Beatles music, and I have also always been impressed with their charm and wit in interviews. I met Ringo Starr a couple of years ago, and I was delighted to find that he is quite charming and witty in person as well. I was very honored he would request for me to illustrate and design the cover of his book “Another Day In The Life,” which showcases a selection of Ringo’s photography. By the way,  Ringo shot the cover of T. Rex’s album “The Slider,” which is one of my all-time favorite album covers. -Shepard
