Recently, @adriandiazbronchud and I have been doing yoga with @laiayoga through Skype. This new adventure is pushing us to move our bodies in a new way, and since we are beginners, to not judge ourselves. My brother, @keifdog, is amazing at the asanas. In the past, it has been tough for me not to compare myself to his level. Now, as I am learning to relax, I am really enjoying the freedom I feel from moving without expectation. Are we flexible? Not really. Do we know what we are doing? Not really. We are having fun, and we are healthier and happier after we finish. ?
