Taking a bow for surviving the week of training! ?

Our tour has finally finished, and we are home, creating new programs with our family at @patinagemontrealinternational . The name of the game in the off season, at least for myself, is staying injury free. Our spring and summer days are full of inspiration, and creativity.... and it is hard to teach this old dog new tricks! So, my main objective is to stay healthy while I push my body in new ways. I try to warm up well, stretch, do yoga, and I throw in a couple extra treatments when I need them. I will finish off my Friday with an A.R.T. treatment from one of the amazing physiotherapists at @spcphysio ! Always remember to listen to your body, and take care of yourself! .
