Finally tried a classic I’ve been wanting to make for a long time - carbonara! This is @レイチェル・レイ ‘s recipe which I first heard on the #beyondtheplate podcast with @onkappysplate . She describes this meal is such glorious detail I felt like I could taste it. (If you thought I was weird for watching cooking shows all day, then obviously you’ll think I’m cool for listening to cooking on the radio ... somehow I can’t stop.)
