The album cover... ?✌? After a tough start yesterday I’m really getting into @prestigebootcamp!! It’s hard, I got really frustrated with myself thinking about how much I’d let everything slip- my fitness is nowhere near what it was last year which is demoralising! But there’s no point beating myself up- it is what it is and I need to just get my head back in the game and rather than punish myself- pushing myself to injury or misery this week- see everything I’m doing as a step in the right direction and a celebration of what my body can achieve!
Saying that- this session was a punch in the dick... ???! Staff W called it ‘The Stairway to Heaven’.. now I really like the fella but he’s a liar!! ??! Was Defos more like hell!! ???! But I felt fab once I’d done it... @djgavinfoord did too.. He just forgot to tell his face!! ??
