Thought I’d see what all the hype was about with these little @boombod sachets!! I’m at Bootcamp this week and so far today I’ve been pretty hungry and cranky- these fellas are meant to help with junk food cravings, that pesky late afternoon fatigue (also known as my ‘nap time’ lol) and weight loss in general... So I’m giving them a go... Nothing ventured, nothing gained right?! I’ll let you all know how I get on! ?
