Don’t worry, there’s nothing wrong with my knee! I had a few ladies saying that their sore knees stop them from working out! So here’s a little workout for you that you can do which doesn’t require you to squat, lunge or jump! I’ve tied a bandage to my knee so you can watch the movement (or lack of). This workout is not designed to fix sore knees, just to give relief to anyone wanting to still do a session today!! Sore knees can mean many things, this is why you should see your nearest physio or rehab therapist to workout exactly what you have done!
