I see you weekend, and I’m coming for you, but I’m not done yet. There should be a #FridayMotivation movement, it can be so tempting to slack off and just “get through” the last trainings of the week. But I think this is where the best work is done, when you’re tired mentally and physically and you choose to respond with your best effort and to hold yourself accountable to the very last moment you get the opportunity to improve, this is where you will see the biggest gains, this is where you get to work on mental toughness.
