This is a big question from the new mums to my page. #BBG is perfect for you because it’s 28 minutes and can be done at home. Try finding a time (when you can), perhaps when the kids are napping to fit in a 28 minute workout. All the equipment can be substituted for things around the house or can be eliminated completely. If there are exercises that you LOVE, you can also substitute the #bbg exercises for your favourites! For example, if you love squats and dislike burpees, you can swap your burpees for squats! The reason I say this is because mums are tired enough as it is.... they are allowed a free pass! However, I eventually want you to build up to doing a full #BBG session without substitutes! Until then, take your time and enjoy the process!
