I’m loving the feeling of being engaged with a piece of rock again. Sure I’ve got plenty of ‘projects’ out there but this one has grabbed my attention completely. Heel hooks above your head, moves that feel impossible for me, and it’s long.. not my normal preference so I’m keen for the challenge ??♀️
This bloc doesn’t seem to be popular which is rare at Raven Tor and I’m enjoying having space on the climb. I normally work projects ‘with’ people, sharing experiences and feelings on the moves but over the 3 sessions I’ve had, I’m enjoying the quiet headspace for once, taking my time and working it out. For me. ??♀️ I’ve had numerous power spots and very helpful beta which I’m very thankful for ?? Even knowing the move and being pushed on into position doesn’t make it feel easier though ? One day, I’m hoping it will ???
Time to try hard and forget the skin pain of the pockets ?
