First dinner back: lemony lamb cutlets with chilli and mint (some pea shoots underneath) with a fresh mint and preserved lemon salsa; out of shot, roast red chicory/endive and new season’s asparagus . Needed to eat something welcoming, wonderful and that I could make with jet lag.
