I tried it twice and it was 2 times too many. People tell me it so relaxing but please explain how I’m supposed to relax while everyone is busting ass in an already muggy room?! And holding some of those poses in a hot ass room (pun intended) had me almost pass TF out. And let’s just kiss my spray tan goodbye. My underboob sweat sent tanner running down my stomach like a wild animal had its way with me. Other than that it was great 😂 I’ll just stick to outside and home yoga for now. I DID enjoy yoga yesterday in Vegas right by the pool. That shit was delightful.
