And even tho I DESPISE apple cider vinegar with every ounce of my being, we take it daily because of its benefits. Ask my sister. She swears it cures everything. She’ll prob say it even improves your bank account. Every green smoothie I make I add a little bit of apple for sweetness and for Ky’s I add red cabbage for the coloring alone. It makes him think it’s more of a fruit smoothie. Oh the deceitfulness of a parent ? We are huge smoothie and Juicing freaks in this house and love @1stphorm ‘s Opti Greens 50 for its Ingredients and easy to use process. You can take it alone in water or add to any smoothie / juice creation your heart desires. Take it to go in a shaker, a Starbucks glitter mug or a wine glass. Not only does it feature green blends, Super Foods and Probiotics, it also has some amazing ingredients that I love. Chlorophyll for its abilities to help fight cancer, aids in digestion, is a strong antioxidant and great for skin as well as improves liver detoxification. Curcumin “derived from Turmeric” is a great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Green Tea has nutrients, minerals & antioxidants and helps with energy while also helping with weight loss. Cinnamon extract is great for protecting brain function and dental health. Good for your heart and helps fight diabetes as well as infections and viruses.
