Causally drinking coffee on our balcony looking fancy as hell in an advanced yoga pose... This is how I roll! *NOT*??? Seriously, you guys. There is no such thing as a “casual” moment to pose for a yoga photo without looking like a pretentious douchebag. Hehe. I am feeling pretty awesome about how much physical work I’m doing these days while still maintaining space and flexibility though. Compass pose is hard! But not as hard as pull ups? I am realizing so much about my body these days, and my body-mind connection. Going to talk about body when I record this weeks podcast (that I’m already two days late in submitting because Spain is too beautiful and I keep forgetting to sit down and record it)!?
