@martina_sergi didn’t find yoga—yoga found her. She took up the practice at home post-university, a particularly challenging time in her life & fell in love with how it made her feel. So she kept at it. “Yoga taught me how to look beyond the physical and find happiness on the inside,” she says. “It made me feel comfortable in my own imperfect skin & helped me find a safe place where I could get in touch with my emotions and free myself.” Now, the yogi’s teaching others like her how to improve their alignment and practice safely on her Insta and new YouTube channel.
