A little preview of our first-ever Afternoon Tea menu at @dominiqueansellondon. With sweets and savories inspired by the life of a flower from seed to bloom, here’s our "Blossom" (center) made with mascarpone mousse, Amarena cherry jam, dark chocolate, and meringue "kisses," and our "Full Bloom” (right) with brown butter financier, strawberry jam, rose ganache, and fresh rose petals.
