Hockey is one of the special needs orangutans at OFI's Care Centre but we just think of her as special! She had a stroke as an infant and subsequently, she is completely paralysed down the left side of her body. Hockey is taken out to the Learning Forest as often as possible where she is placed on the soft grass. It is here that Hockey looks up at the sky and gazes at the clouds. She constantly scans the sky above, not wanting to miss a thing. After some time, she contently falls asleep right out in the open, letting the sun’s warm rays envelop her.
