I want to candidly say that as great of a platform Instagram is, it can easily become a distraction and steal your joy. When I get lost in that dark tunnel of insta-comparison or scroll through endless pages of "the perfect" lives, that's when I know it's time to unplug and feed my soul the good stuff. It feels so good on the days when I wake up and don't immediately look to my phone. Instead I'll read a book or give Teeny more of my time. It sets a tone for the rest of my day and helps motivate me more during the week. Instead of feeding your feed, try feeding your soul this week! Your page will always be there... LOVE U ALL!
