@kitdski navigating the top of the Khumbu Icefall on her way up to making the first American ski descent from the summit of Mount Everest. Kit has had a long love affair with skiing. She’s held the women’s Freeskiing World Title twice and has used skiing as a vehicle to explore the world and push the boundaries of ski mountaineering. She became the first person to ski from the summit of each of the highest peaks on each continent (aka the Seven Summits). Yup, pretty badass...and she’s also one of my favorite ski partners!
