One of the greatest learnings I had lately is that you can’t avoid sadness neither You can be always happy. I noticed then that even though some feelings may not be the most pleasant ones to have, they are filled with life. When I was going through one of the hardest moments in my life, I thought to myself how good it was to be feeling something really deep. And that it was better than being numb and just surviving, not really living. That’s why we should always surrender to our feelings, let them flow and be true to them, cause in the end, it won’t matter how much time you have lived, but how much life did you put into the time you were here. ?? #baldsTrips
