Healthy “milk shake” alternative! I’ve been making those shakes as a desert, but it’s easily can be a meal or a breakfast or a snack because it’s full of goodness. Look at the ingredients:
Frozen goat milk kefir (I like any berry flavor)
raw goat milk
raw cacao powder
bee pollen
agave (or raw honey)

Place all ingredients in high speed blender. Blend well. Pour into a serving cups. Sprinkle with Cacao nibs and bee pollen. Enjoy! #goatmilk #kefir #beepollen #nutrition #probiotics
