✨This is the first day my dad ever saw me because I just had taken my first breath in this world... ?Just some years ago and far before I ever thought...my dad would take his last breath on this planet? And though I miss him more than words, and my heart mourned the loss of my dad, I wish so much he could be here to hug, to hear his laugh and for him to be proud of me. I wish I could just call him and hear his voice.
?But the sting of his death does not paralyze me in knowing I’ll never see him again✨? For me, Easter is a reminder that Jesus took his last breath on Earth in torment, pain and humiliation for every sinful thing each of us has ever done, so that we can be promised heaven when we take our last breath on Earth. Today is the day that as God promised, Jesus would rise again from the dead. With no body or bones to ever be found dead on this Earth? If anyone’s biggest fear was death....Jesus took the sting of it away so that if we choose to believe him & we want his hope and heavenly love and comfort through all the struggles and fears of this world...HE WILL BE THERE TO WALK WITH US THROUGH EVERY PAIN AND HEARTACHE, FEAR AND SADNESS✨ My hope is in Jesus to carry me through all life’s pains and struggles and for Him to exchange beautiful blessings for the ashes of pain we’ve been through. To anyone feeling sad, hopeless, depressed, scared, lonely or heartbroken...I hope you reach out to God to fill your heart with his heavenly healing, joy and strength...that’s not of this world and temporary...but in your soul a comfort that is beyond this world and it’s troubles. ?DO NOT FEAR FOR I AM WITH YOU; DO NOT BE DISMAYED, FOR I AM YOUR GOD. I WILL STRENGTHEN YOU AND HELP YOU; I WILL UPHOLD YOU WITH MY RIGHTEOUS RIGHT HAND. - ISAIAH 41:10
